Luke Chaplin, of no fixed abode, was sentenced at Peterborough Crown Court on 22 May for robbery and having a firearm with intent to commit an offence.

The sentence relates to a robbery at Corals bookmakers in Whaddon Way, Bletchley, on Thursday 9 October 2008. At about 9.30pm Mr Chaplin entered the shop and threatened a member of staff with a firearm forcing them to hand over a bag containing approximately £1,500 in cash.
