About Bistro LIVE - What To Expect

Bistro LIVE is a unique night-time entertainment venue in Milton Keynes. Probably best described as a "Live entertainment restaurant", it offers a complete night out, eating, drinking and dancing into the early hours. Bistro promise that by the end of the night, you won't want to go home!!!!

We recommend that you arrive at Bistro LIVE between 7:15 and 7:30. This will give sufficient time for you to get a drink in, and order your food.

As soon as you are seated, your drinks orders will be taken and for the rest of the night you will enjoy full table service, simply wave a flag on your table, and the staff will be ready to take your drinks orders. Rather than allow hunger to dampen any party spirit, Bistro provide a selection of "nibbles" and fresh bread to get you started.

Bistro LIVE operate an informal and relaxed eating experience. All food is freshly prepared on the premises, ordered on the night and ensured to arrive in the best condition. Bistro provides a wide drinks selection at competitive prices and a three course meal with a starter, main course and dessert. They like to allow time in between courses to allow you and your party to relax, enjoy the music, the company of your friends and colleagues, and to have a few cocktails.

After dinner, the party atmosphere really kicks in as live bands take to the stage, and will play live music until late. Once everyone is dancing in the aisles, the party doesn't end there - the music keeps playing until after midnight on weekdays and after 1.00am at weekends from the resident DJ.

Bistro LIVE offers a complete night out in a specially designed party venue. Every night the atmosphere is carefully controlled, so that at the start of the night the music is relaxed, allowing your group plenty of opportunity to eat, talk, drink and enjoy each other's company, building to an explosive crescendo, after the meal when the LIVE band takes to the stage.

Bistro LIVE is open all year round and enjoys the benefit of a settled team of staff. They never employ agency staff, and therefore, you will be served by experienced, well-trained and HAPPY people. The name Bistro LIVE is synonymous with great service.

The food at Bistro LIVE has been very well received since the day of opening. They serve a combination of traditional English and creative modern dishes, expertly prepared to produce full-of-flavour interesting choices. Unlike many other large capacity venues, at Bistro LIVE you don't have to order your food in advance - all food is cooked to order, AND, you have a choice of at least five starters and five main courses.

Bistro LIVE means the very best in LIVE entertainment. All live bands are selected with the help of top entertainment agency Henderson Management. These bands really do know how to entertain a crowd!

Bistro LIVE - Types of Night

Live bands

Live band nights are the most popular nights at Bistro LIVE and are typically on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year, and 7 nights a week at Christmas. The bands that perform at Bistro LIVE play classic songs from all eras from the sixties through to the present day, songs to get you out of your seats and dancing into the early hours.

Disco Party Night

Why not have a night at Bistro LIVE where there's no live band, and you can just party on down after the food? That's what loads of you asked for, so here it is - the same great food as you have come to expect from Bistro LIVE, with party music for the whole night. Also featuring the Bistro LIVE Request Fest - a whole hour of your kind of music......just fill in your requests over dinner, and we'll play the music you want to hear.

School Dinner Nights

2 course authentic school dinner. Food orders will be taken by the Bistro L!VE head pupils served by authentic dinner ladies and yes there is pink custard! After dinner, experience the School Exam. A mixture of general knowledge, maths & of course music all hosted by The Music Teacher (DJ) It's then time for the Bistro L!VE P.E Teacher to take centre stage. Make sure you get warmed up for some disco dance lessons! The Music Teacher (DJ) will take you through to the end of the night playing the best party music across the decades and taking your requests with the Bistro L!VE Request Fest.

Bistro LIVE regularly has special offers and promotions which can be enjoyed by anyone joining their mailing list. They have competitions and a privacy policy. Bistro have Hen Night packages. It has a capacity of around 290. Dress code is smart casual. There are theme nights IE 70s/80’s nights so fancy dress is OK!
