 Its been a very busy few months for HEART OF A COWARD having risen now to Milton Keynes most popular young original band, HOAC are currently writing new material which soon as completed will be recorded, produced by the band themselves and released as the bands debut album, in amongst all that creativity the band has completed its first full UK tour with another being booked for November, gained a new bassist, had label & management offers and guitarist Tim has built his own recording studio 'Core Studios' based at The Craufurd Arms in Wolverton which is already recoding other bands & artists through word of mouth after other acts had heard the quality of recorded material on Heart Of A Cowards myspace site which in turn has had over 200,000 hits!Heart Of A Coward formed a year ago combining ex members of Me Vs The Atlantic, Trace The Skyline, Envision & Souls In Ashes, the band describe their sound as groove based alternative metal with a hardcore twist & powerful melodic choruses, always pushing themselves to keep moving forward, progressing and striving to create something a little new and fresh within the metal genre! www.myspace.com/heartofacoward www.myspace.com/corestudiosuk HELLO!

We are EQUINOX a young Alternative Rock band from Milton Keynes. We've been around since late Autumn 2008, headlined the Pitz, played at various festivals, and we're playing in London soon.
