Arson Attack in Conniborrow

At approximately 4.35am, the Conniburrow Community Association Neighbourhood House was destroyed by a fire. No one was in the property at the time of the fire and no one was injured.

Great Linford South Neighbourhood Sgt Susan Herbert, leading the investigation, said: “On arrival to the local community hall, the rear doors to the property had been forced and it is believed that the fire was started deliberately.

“The centre was used by the local residents and its destruction will have a massive impact within the community.

“I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, saw anyone in the area around the time of the offence acting suspiciously or has any information to contact me or Crimestoppers.”
