Complemented by fine views of the surrounding countryside, it is situated in mature parkland a few miles south east of Milton Keynes and just minutes from the M1 and A5. A traditional members club, that welcomes visitors and societies alike. The club is a member of both the English and Bedfordshire County Golf Unions.
Course advice from our Professional
st hole - par 4: A short but narrow opening hole, keep your tee-shot up the right hand side of the fairway.
nd hole - par 5: A blind tee-shot requires you to aim at the marker post and keep your approach shots to the green up the right hand side. There is a very deceptively sloping green.
rd hole - par 4: You must be very accurate with your approach shot to the small, well-guarded green.
th hole - par 3: A smooth swing to produce an accurate tee-shot is required. Miss the green and you’re in trouble!
th hole - par 4: This beautifully sculptured hole favours a drive down the left hand side to get a good look at the pin.
th hole - par 4: Don’t let the water put you off! Lay-up short of the fairway bunker and avoid the out of bounds on the left with your approach shot to the green.
th hole - par 3: One of the toughest par 3’s around. A well-struck long club is required to reach the green but avoid the water to the right.
th hole – par 5: A very testing par 5. Be patient and take extra club up the very steep climb.
th hole – par 4: With out of bounds down the left and a sloping fairway, two very accurate long shots are required to reach the green. You’re playing well if you make par here!
th hole – par 3: SIGNATURE HOLE - A much talked about hole in the area. This deceptively deep green means precise clubbing is essential. Hidden contours require you to favour your tee shot to the left hand side of the green.
th hole – par 4: A gentle sloping fairway requires a tee shot up the right hand side. You need to be very accurate into this long and thin green.
th hole – par 4: Another accurate tee shot is needed, leaving you an approach shot that must be struck well to carry the road.
th hole – par 3: Precision with a short club is vital. This is another very deceptively tricky green to putt on.
th hole – par 5: A picturesque par 5. Play a fade off the tee and you’ll be in position ‘A’. A lay up short of the bunkers leaves an extremely testing short approach shot into the narrow green.
th hole - par 3: Take enough club to carry the water but avoid the out of bounds to the right.
th hole – par 4: Accuracy off the tee and good club selection is the answer to this great par 4. It is very easy to under club on your approach shot.
th hole ‘- par 4: Another testing tee shot. The gentle sloping fairway favours a drive up the right hand side. This green is a narrow target, which basically means precision is a must!
th hole – par 5: A draw is the best shape to play off this tee. Big hitters can reach the green in 2. The safe play is to lay up leaving you a wedge into the green.
