Bad Day At Work |

Today at work was beyond belief, A customer accused me of being a thief!. She gave me a ten but said it was a twenty, I was polite whilst explaining gently. She was not happy l could tell, So l rang for assistance on the bell. She repeated the accusation to my boss, Which left me upset and very cross. We've all thought at times we've had more than we've got, Do you accuse shop staff? of course not. She says the money never made it to the till, Implying of course that I've had my fill. I'm an experienced shop assistant, Who gives her work total commitment. Customers remember we're human too, Please treat us how we treat you. Sarah |
