Marguerite Willett, 20, from Clarence Road, Stony Stratford, has been charged with causing death by careless driving, in connection with a collision in which the driver of a horse and cart died.

The driver of the cart, Violet Hanrahan, 41, died in hospital after the incident on Watling Street near Calverton, Milton Keynes, on 9 July, 2010.

A 14-year-old boy, who was a passenger in the cart, suffered serious injuries in the collision.

Marguerite Willett was released on bail to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court on 30 November.
