To fully co-ordinate the Induction Programmes for all new starters. To meet with the Line Manager and assess requirements for the new starter. Plan, co-ordinate and diarise the complete Induction plan. To work with the Senior Trainer, Trainers and Workshop Supervisor and complete any duties that are required to assist in the smooth running of the Training Division. . To assist in general filing and photocopying to ensure that the organisation within the department is of the highest standard KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED • Understanding of HR & Training issues (either experience or academic) • Must be literate and numerate.
