MK Dons make third signing |

Penrith born Guy started his career as a trainee at Newcastle United before impressing on loan at Doncaster Rovers. This led to the offer of a contract at the Keepmoat Stadium and subsequently 18 goals in 148 appearances. During the 2009 season he fell out of favour with Rovers and ended up on loan at Hartlepool and Oldham. And it was during the match between MK Dons and Oldham this season that Guy caught the eye of Robinson. Lewis has been brought to Stadium MK as a winger, a much needed addition to a threadbare section of the squad. He is described as have a lot of pace and guile about his play which is much needed after some of the performances in that area of the pitch last season. Lewis said today; "I was fortunate to play here while on loan at Oldham last season and I thought straight away what a great place to play your football. Everyone I spoke to spoke very highly of this Club and when you look at the facilities, the kind of football they play and the ambition around the place, it doesn't need much selling." As for the 4th signing by Karl Robinson it has been mentioned that ex Liverpool, Manchester City and Bayern Munich Defender Dietmar Hamann may be on his way to the MKDons Robinson wasnt going to elabirate on ho certain it was that Hamann would be signed, but he did say that he had visited MIlton Keynes in the last few Days "If Didi became available there would not be a club in the Championship or in League One that wouldn't want to have him," said Robinson. "If he decided to start playing again we'd be extremely interested. There have been no contract talks though." |

Karl Robinson has continued his whirlwind start to football management with his third signing in the ten days since he took over from Paul Ince. The latest addition to his revolution is 24 year old Lewis Guy who has recently been released by Doncaster Rovers.
