Parties run their mouths ahead of council elections |
 Tories (the blue team) seem confident of over taking the Lib Dems, the Lib Dems (yellow team) seen reliant on Labour holding their seats and Labour (red team) say Lib Dem seats are slipping away and that the tories are over confident.The age-old squabble returns and whichever one of the big parties gets in, I can't see much of a change coming. They all tow the party line and will just carry out whatever appeases the big boys in London, without enough concern for Milton Keynes and it's people. When will someone independent, free thinking and with Milton Keynes best interests at heart (only) take the stand? The rotation system between the big three is a tired old game and needs change, how long will it be before this country, or even Milton Keynes Council is run by people with a passion for solving problems, rather than a passion for discrediting the people in other colours. I'll be voting independent, where is your vote going? |
