You can expect to build muscle strength and body definition along with improving your balance, co-ordination, flexibility and posture while at the same time having an overall cardio workout. As a result of all of the above your confidence will be given a boost.
Rehabilitation for injuries…
Classes can be as vigorous or as gentle as you want and can concentrate on certain parts of the body proving an invaluable aid to assist injury rehabilitation.

Group Classes:

Small Group classes:
Small group classes hold a maximum of four people with the use of two poles and is a one hour and 15 minute lesson with your own personal instructor. As above this involves a warm up, MSE, lesson content and cool down.
One-to-one classes:
This involves a one hour and 15 minute lesson with your own personal instructor and own pole to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your time with us. Again, this involves a warm up, MSE, lesson content and cool down.
The small group and one to one classes would be suitable for those who are less confident or those who wish to take the skill to a higher level. All our classes cater for beginner to advanced, for any age or ability. Both men and women are welcome.
With the small group and one-to-one classes, lessons are available Monday to Friday: morning, afternoon and evenings, along with Saturday mornings and afternoons. These lessons are catered to work around your life style.
One-to-one/small groups are available Monday to Friday - mornings, afternoons and evenings. First class 9am - last class 8.15pm. Saturdays are morning and afternoon with the first class 10am - last class 4pm. Initial lesson is £10 per person.

Aerial hoop lessons and silk classes...
Now you can learn the beautiful art of aerial hoop and silk lessons at the same time as getting fit and feeling confident.
MK Pole Fitness is proud to introduce Aerial Sport. The first of its kind in Milton Keynes, it concentrates on activating core muscles for balance and stability, as well as improving co-ordination and flexibility. Aerial hoop lessons and silk classes are in an environment attuned to your wellbeing.
All this and you can burn up to 500 calories per session at the same time!
All this in a one hour and 15 minute class that will make you ache for sure.
On a one- to-one or small group basis (maximum of four people), hoop lessons show you the various ways to mount the hoop along with poses using the hoop. Silk lessons teach you the beautiful art of silk, how to climb, perform foot locks, poses, invents and roll outs.
No sky high shoes or short skirts are found here! Small group and one-to-one are one hour and 15 minutes duration, ensuring that you get a full one hour of pole activity.
