Health and Fitness Benefits from Pole Fitness

You can expect to build muscle strength and body definition along with improving your balance, co-ordination. flexibility and posture and at the same time having an overall cardio workout.  As a result of all of the above your confidence will be given a boost.  
Rehabilitation for injuries….
Classes can be as vigorous or as gentle as you want and can concentrate on certain parts of the body proving an invaluable aid to assist injury rehabilitation.

 What to expect from a Pole Fitness Lesson:

Group Classes:

This is a 1½ hour workout with two instructors and 6 poles (3 people per pole).  Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson content (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work) and a cool down.

Small Group classes:

Small group classes hold a maximum of 4 people with the use of 2 poles and is a one hour and 15 minute lesson with your own personal instructor.  As above this involves a warm up, MSE, lesson content and cool down.

One-to-one classes:

This involves a one hour and 15 minute lesson with your own personal instructor  and own pole to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your time with us.  Again, this involves a warm up, MSE, lesson content and cool down.
The small group and one to one classes would be suitable for those who are less confident or those who wish to take the skill to a higher level.  All our classes cater for beginner to advance, any age, ability, men and women are welcome.
With the small group and one-to-one classes, lessons are available Monday to Friday, morning, afternoon and evenings and Saturday mornings and afternoons.  These lessons are catered to work around your life style.






No sky high shoes or short skirts are  found here!
Small group and one to one are 1 hour and 15 minutes ensuring that you get a full one hour of pole activity.

Prices
Group Classes is £8 per person (1st lesson £4)
Small Group Classes from £12.50 per person (1st lesson £10)
One-to-one Class is £15 per person (1st lesson £10)
Free car parking can be found at all our locations.
