Stolen kayakThames Valley Police in Milton Keynes has released an image of a kayak stolen during a burglary in the hope someone will recognise it and come forward with information.

Between 1 and 8 June, offenders gained entry to a garage on Horsefair Green, Stony Stratford and stole three kayaks. The kayak pictured is a two man kayak, blue and cream, has a lime green strip around the waterline, a wooden backrest fitted and a moveable seat.

The other two kayaks stolen are one-man kayaks; one is white and green and has a orange fibreglass patch on the side and the other is brown and beige and made of plastic.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw anyone in the area around the time of the offence acting suspiciously or has been offered a kayak recently matching any of the above descriptions to contact them.

Anyone with information is urged to contact PCSO Carol Millar at Wolverton police station via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505. If you do not want to talk to the police, call the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
