Scottish socialist back in court

New Labour would have much to lose if Scottish Nationalists or any other alternative party won power north of the border. This UK where New Labour’s deputy leader got off Scot free after having an affair, which included sex with his stocking and suspender wearing diary secretary, in his state funded office and apartment. So in an equal society one would wonder why the News of the World was so concerned that Scottish Socialist leader Tommy Sheridan might be a serial adulterer.

Sheridan won £200,000 damages for libel, from the Murdoch Empire. But Murdoch is a powerful forced when it comes to choosing governments. His news hounds know their duty. Now Sheridan is back in court with his wife and father in law. The latter two are accused of lying to defend him. A group of party workers have alleged he had affairs with a party worker and an escort. Sounds like any other politician. Pity he’s not in New Labour. He could then do, as he liked with little worries about the Sun or New of the World monitoring where he puts it.
