Seven Brides For Seven Brothers At Milton Keynes Theatre

Milton Keynes TheatreI didn’t know to much about this musical before I went to see it and wasn’t to sure if it was my type of musical but I was pleasantly surprised.
Set in Oregon in the 1850’s, It tells the story of Adam and his six brothers who live in a farm high in the mountains and what happens when Adam goes out to the town and finds a wife Millie and brings her back to live with him and his six brothers.

A very strong performance from the lead roles Steven Houghton (Adam) and Susan McFadden (Millie),
but In my opinion Susan McFadden, who was the winner ITV’s Grease is the Word, was undoubtedly  the star of the show with her fantastic vocal abilities and a very professional portrayal off her character.
This  musical is full of catchy songs impressive vocal performances some great dancing scenes and a very colourful set with some very good video effects.
I’d recommend this show to anyone wanting a fun night out with some good entertainment and a happy ending.
