Four offences took place between 1 and 2 October; one offence between 29 and 30 September and one further offence between 2 and 3 October, bringing the total number of offences to six. All of the offences took place overnight.
Details of the offences:
•29-30 September, a rear number plate and tax disc were stolen from a motorcycle on Bluebell Close
•1-2 October, three vehicles had the glass removed from a wing mirror; two offences took place in Bourtonville and one offence took place in Treefields.
•1-2 October, a mirror heating element and motor has been stolen from a wing mirror of a car in Moorhen
•2-3 October, entry was forced to a Peogeot 205 on Whittmills Oak, Linden Village, where a radio and MP3 player were stolen.
Police believe the incidents which took place between 1 and 2 October are linked to the same offender; however, they are keeping an open mind at this time as to whether they are all linked.
